What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we store the name, business, email, website, service interest, and message you provide. Client records may also include project briefs, uploaded files, account access references, requested work, ticket replies, approvals, website metrics, checks, and reports. Don’t submit passwords or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, scope work, deliver agreed services, and keep an accurate service record. We don’t sell inquiry or client information. Submitting an inquiry doesn’t subscribe you to a newsletter.

Service providers and access

The site uses hosting, database, and file storage services to operate. Private client areas use authenticated sign-in. Client workspace access requires Kelp Desk approval and is restricted to that business. Authorized service providers may process information necessary to deliver the service. Internal notes and draft reports are not shown in client workspaces. Reviewed reports and client-facing tickets are available to approved workspace members.

Cookies and analytics

This website has no advertising pixels or marketing analytics installed. A client portal may display verified metrics from that client’s analytics provider, with the source and period identified. Hosting and sign-in providers may use essential cookies and operational logs. Any future analytics or advertising integration will be reviewed before activation and this notice updated to reflect it.

Retention and requests

Our operating policy is to remove unsuccessful inquiries after 12 months and keep active service records for the relationship, followed by a limited period for handover and recordkeeping. Billing and legal records may need longer retention. You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information by emailing support@needkelp.com. We may need to verify the request.
